Hart CEO Dominique Gross has been named to the new “100 Women in HealthTech” report from the Parity network and community for women in healthtech leadership.
KANSAS CITY, MO, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Dominique Gross, CEO of Hart, Inc., has been honored in the new “100 Women in HealthTech” report from the Parity network and community that champions women in technology and leadership roles, published in partnership with LSEG.
The list “highlights and honors the women who are breaking barriers in medical technology, advancing patient care, and spearheading innovations that are improving lives,” according to Parity, which is a project of healthtech executive search agency Storm3 and its parent company Levin.
“When we founded Parity, the aim was simple: make sure the women doing brilliant work across tech actually get seen for it,” said Kesi Johnson, Founder & Network Lead at Parity.
“I’m honored to be named one of Storm3’s Top 100 Women in HealthTech 2026,” said Gross. “Being recognized alongside so many women who are leading change across healthcare and technology is incredibly meaningful.”

With more than two decades of experience driving health IT innovation and go-to-market strategies, she has shaped Hart’s focus on making the impossible possible every day, ensuring that every innovation at Hart advances both operational efficiency and equitable patient care.
Gross’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration and integrity, guiding Hart to serve as both a technology provider and a trusted partner for healthcare’s most complex data challenges. She is a frequent speaker on the future of healthcare data ecosystems and a strong advocate for patient empowerment through healthcare data accessibility.
“For me, leadership in healthtech has always been about more than technology. It’s about solving real problems, challenging the way things have always been done, and ultimately helping create better outcomes for patients and the people who care for them,” Gross added.
“Thank you to Storm3 and Parity for this recognition and congratulations to all the women featured alongside me. “There is still a lot of work to do, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”
Parity’s 2026 Women in HealthTech list spans digital health, medical devices, healthcare IT, genomics, clinical trials technology, AI drug discovery, and real-world evidence, covering founders, leaders, builders, and connectors. The list was built from nominations by colleagues and peers, alongside Parity’s own research.
Gross and other honorees will be celebrated at an in-person event at LSEG’s New York offices on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
